{"id":936,"date":"2008-12-16T04:05:56","date_gmt":"2008-12-16T09:05:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/?p=936"},"modified":"2008-12-15T23:06:46","modified_gmt":"2008-12-16T04:06:46","slug":"twin-cities-running-jackpot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2008\/twin-cities-running-jackpot\/","title":{"rendered":"Twin Cities Running Jackpot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtcmarathon.org\">Twin Cities Marathon<\/a> organization has been given 13 years worth of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatf.org\">USATF Championships<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At the recent USATF Annual Convention the race organization was awarded championships in 6 different events, including a first ever 1 mile championship.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the complete list provided by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thefinalsprint.com\/2008\/12\/twin-cities-awarded-various-usa-road-running-championships\/\">The Final Sprint<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>USA Road Mile Championships (Men &amp; Women): 2009 &#8211; 2012<\/li>\n<li>USA Women\u2019s Marathon Championship: 2009<\/li>\n<li>USA Men\u2019s 10 Mile Championship: 2009<\/li>\n<li>USA Men\u2019s Marathon Championship: 2010<\/li>\n<li>USA Women\u2019s 10 Mile Championship: 2010<\/li>\n<li>USA Masters Marathon Championships (Men &amp; Women): 09-15<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is great news both for the organization but also for the Twin Cities in general and our strong running communtiy.
