This one had running and Manmakers. I obviously couldn&#8217;t run, so I walked half the distance. I probably shouldn&#8217;t have done the Manmakers, but I did then pretty slowly.\u00a0 I definitely want to retest this one when I&#8217;m able to run. It will be rough!! In a good way!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This afternoon I went to the Chiropractor and got a lot out of my upper back and neck.\u00a0 He also had some good insights about concussion recovery and talked about eye tracking and recovery.\u00a0 I also was able to schedule my first appointment at the concussion clinic for this Friday! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was in the mid-60&#8217;s for our afternoon walk today. Because of the adjustment I didn&#8217;t wear any weight. And we just soaked in the sun! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another weekly Vault workout.
