This morning I did the next Out in the Open workout- Stonewalling. The workout looked awesome, I was just bummed I had to modify the workout again. I had signed up for the Performance division and couldn&#8217;t do either movement!\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was wall walks and single unders! I was able to do the inchworms and mountain climbers in the Movement Division standards. The doctor is a runner and totally understood my frustration about still not being able to workout like I want.
