I star<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sarahbethyoga.com\/pages\/free-yoga-challenges\">ted a yogalaties challenge<\/a> at the beginning of March. So a combination of yoga and pirates. Some of them have been core killers! And some more typical yoga flows! Today was a solid combination of the two. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I finished with a Thruster and bike workout to hit my 45 minutes! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then a nice warm walk through the wet melting snow!
