I also signed up for a 30 day yogalaties program which combines yoga and pilates. That will be an interesting challenge! Today was just a 5 minute core fitness check (which was challenging). After all that I swam for a little bit. I did some warmup then 5&#215;50 and 5&#215;25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the afternoon I took my Pilot for an oil change and did a 4 mile walk.
