I used my 25# and a 20&#8243; box. I was able to get through 16 rounds and I almost made it into the 17th round. I finished with 16 rounds and 16 reps. It was supposed to be followed by a mile run, but since I can&#8217;t run I did a half mile sandbag carry. It went a little longer than I anticipated so it was a little stressful morning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I got started on my ruck later than I wanted, but did the loop around the lake.
