Today was 29:06, which is a 3 minute improvement from January&#8217;s assessment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This afternoon I did a 5k walk, the actual assessment is a run. But I&#8217;m still not able to run. I was surprised that I dropped 2 minutes off the walk. Some of the sidewalks and stuff was messy from the recent snow, but it didn&#8217;t seem to slow me down.
