I did my morning workout as usual. I had an evening work event and like 90 minutes between work and the event. I didn&#8217;t want to shorten my already limited family time. So I didn&#8217;t do my second workout then. I got home a little after 8pm and again chose to spend time with my family. It was after 9 when I had the opportunity to exercise. 9pm is usually when I start winding down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So the question was do I go outside for 45 minutes and get to bed really late, or quit 75 Hard. It was a harder choice than I expected. Sleep seemed really good, but the idea of just quitting didn&#8217;t sit right either. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I went out into the cold dark and walked for 45 minutes.\u00a0 And kept the challenge alive!
