And then later my sister, her husband and I went Cross Country skiing. It was basically both of their first times. We had fun and did pretty much the full loop at Wirth! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later we went to Stillwater to view the World Snow Sculpture Champions. It was also the first time eating out while doing 75 hard and the Mediterranean diet. I was able to get a vegan pita wrap and a non alcoholic cocktail.
