I thought it would be a good way to jump start my training for Ironman 70.3 Mussellman in July. I did a little research and it seemed like something that would be do-able. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, I got a concussion during an orienteering race in mid-November. Well more likely I made it worse 2 days later doing a workout with Devils Press in it. Talk about brain rattling. And then waiting almost a week to start concussion protocols. But I digress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been a long recovery. I&#8217;ve run once since then and it didn&#8217;t go well. Since that run I&#8217;ve been slowly increasing activity and trying to do things that don&#8217;t make my head move (upper body, bike trainer etc).\u00a0 I wasn&#8217;t sure if I&#8217;d be able to do the 2 &#8211; 45 mintue workouts daily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A co-worker who did 75 Hard pointed out that all the workouts don&#8217;t need to be hard sufferfests. So I&#8217;m planning to incorporate yoga and walks (rucks) as some of my workouts.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve found that classic skiing has been okay for me head.
