{"id":729,"date":"2008-11-03T04:41:31","date_gmt":"2008-11-03T09:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/?p=729"},"modified":"2008-11-02T18:51:38","modified_gmt":"2008-11-02T23:51:38","slug":"week-in-review-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2008\/week-in-review-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Week in Review"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"\/running\/images\/bayfieldbridge.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"bridge\" src=\"\/running\/images\/bayfieldbridge.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"216\" height=\"162\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday <\/strong>was the coldest run of the fall.\u00a0 It was 28 degrees when I left the house so I was bundled up a bit and ran my 4 mile downtown loop.\u00a0 I finished in 30:50.\u00a0 The cold wasn&#8217;t uncomfortable, I&#8217;m just glad I dressed warmly.\u00a0 I should have dressed warmer for my bike commute to work though! My face was quite cold, I wore heavy gloves and forgot to grab a second coat to go over my biking coat. Oops! I survived and learned from my mistake.\u00a0 It should be warming up the rest of the week though.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been taking it easy since I don&#8217;t have too much to train for right now, just going with how I feel.\u00a0 This has made me a little lazy as noted when I went out for <strong>Wednesday&#8217;s<\/strong> run.\u00a0 I was going to do 6 miles East on the Greenway.\u00a0 About 2 miles into the run I started feeling pretty tired so I turned around and made it 4 instead. I did it in 31:28 and it was a nice sunny 31 degrees out, but I just didn&#8217;t feel like extending!\u00a0 Oh well I guess. This was another cold biking day.<\/p>\n<p>Why didn&#8217;t I bike or run on any of the warm days that filled in the week?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday<\/strong> was another similar day&#8230; I only ran 2.5 miles.\u00a0 Is that even worth getting dressed for?
