It had rained most of the night so it was pretty soggy on the trails so I was surprised to still see some ice on the trail.\u00a0 It definitely felt more like a spring run than a fall one!\u00a0 \u00a0I was pretty stiff and sore from all the working out on Weds and Thursday but running actually felt good!<\/p>\n<p>I ended up with 3.6 miles in 34:58.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was a nice morning to run.\u00a0 Maybe the last warm-ish morning at 37f and pretty foggy.
