{"id":6744,"date":"2018-10-15T19:21:10","date_gmt":"2018-10-16T00:21:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/?p=6744"},"modified":"2018-10-15T19:21:10","modified_gmt":"2018-10-16T00:21:10","slug":"10152018-crossfit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2018\/10152018-crossfit\/","title":{"rendered":"10152018 &#8211; CrossFit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another Deadlift day at the Bouldering gym.\u00a0 It was a little busier today as it was more like 5:45 when I got there.\u00a0 A lot of people were busying climbing and lifting.\u00a0 It is always interesting to watch what other people are doing with their lifting programs.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s Deadlifts were HEAVY!! 92% to be exact.\u00a0 For me that was 225#. That&#8217;s 2 45# plates on each side! Fortunately, the rep scheme was only 4&#215;1.\u00a0 So I only had to pull that 4 total times. It felt manageable that way.\u00a0 One thing I don&#8217;t like about the Bouldering gym is that I&#8217;m sure they don&#8217;t want us dropping the weights.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve done it out of necessity before and no one yelled at me, but no one else is dropping weights.<\/p>\n<p>After a short break I decided to do some shoulder press.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t know, I still didn&#8217;t finish the workout.\u00a0 I did 10, 9, 7 reps at 65# and I was supposed to do 3&#215;10.\u00a0 I did manage 2 then at 70# (should have done 5) and didn&#8217;t even attempt at higher weights.\u00a0 That&#8217;s a little frustrating.<\/p>\n<p>I rolled out my back and legs and called it a night<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another Deadlift day at the Bouldering gym.\u00a0 It was a little busier today as it was more like 5:45 when I got there.\u00a0 A lot of people were busying climbing and lifting.\u00a0 It is always interesting to watch what other people are doing with their lifting programs.
