I did forget to start the run as an interval workout again so I had two Strava entries&#8230; one for the warm-up and one for the rest!\u00a0 The workout was a 4x800m with 2:45 rest in between.\u00a0 The only thing I remember is that when I got home I pulled a tick off my shin.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the splits:<\/p>\n<p>4:59<\/p>\n<p>4:41<\/p>\n<p>4:12<\/p>\n<p>4:04<\/p>\n<p>Strava said I PR&#8217;ed on the &#8220;South End Hiking&#8221; trail which is right next to 394.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m behind in posting updates again so I&#8217;m not sure how much I&#8217;ll remember from this run!
