{"id":6249,"date":"2018-04-02T08:40:42","date_gmt":"2018-04-02T13:40:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/?p=6249"},"modified":"2018-04-02T08:40:42","modified_gmt":"2018-04-02T13:40:42","slug":"04022018-crossfit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2018\/04022018-crossfit\/","title":{"rendered":"04022018 &#8211; CrossFit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t usually write about the warm-up, but today&#8217;s included sprints and pullups.\u00a0 As a group of 3 we accumulated 32 sprints down and back in the gym.\u00a0 I did 12 sprints and then we had to accumulate 10 strict pullups.\u00a0 I got 6 done and then needed a small band for the last 4.<\/p>\n<p>Then we moved into a 10&#215;5 squat workout.\u00a0 We had a minute rest in between each set so they moved pretty quickly. The standard was 60% of 1RM so I did 10&#215;5 at 120.\u00a0 The first few sets felt light, but by the end they were feeling pretty hard.<\/p>\n<p>Then to continue killing the legs we had a MetCon that was 4RFT of 20 DB Lunges and 10 burpees.\u00a0 I never realized how much leg was in the burpee!
