The Open is the annual chance for anyone around the world to compete against themselves and each other on some really hard workouts!<\/p>\n<p>18.1 is the first of 5 workouts. You can find more info about <a href=\"https:\/\/games.crossfit.com\/workouts\/open\/2018\/18.1\">18.1 here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I was able to complete it scaled as written:<\/p>\n<p>20 Minute AMRAP:<\/p>\n<p>8 Hanging Knee Raises<\/p>\n<p>10 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk (5 on each side) 35#<\/p>\n<p>14 Calorie Row<\/p>\n<p>I was able to complete 290 reps or 9 rounds plus 2 reps.
