{"id":38,"date":"2007-07-24T07:42:00","date_gmt":"2007-07-24T12:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/?p=38"},"modified":"2013-03-10T12:57:33","modified_gmt":"2013-03-10T17:57:33","slug":"results-roundup-from-july-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2007\/results-roundup-from-july-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Results Roundup from July 21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/speedwayjacket.com\/products\/nascarspec3.jpg?w=625\"\/> <\/p>\n<p>Here is what I&#8217;ve been able to find:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ckrr.us\/Results\/2007\/15%20PantherProwl.htm\">Panther Prowl 4Mi Run\/5K Walk<\/a>&nbsp;was won by Ryan Perry in 17:09 (4:17) and Katie Hollingsworth was the first female in 20:37 (5:09) in 25th place overall.&nbsp; Eighty-seven ran the 4Mi and 21 did the 5K Walk.&nbsp; Greg Callahan won the walk in 31:10 (10:01) and Mary Miller won the female division and 3rd overall in 33:22 (10:44). <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rocksolidres.com\/results\/2007\/PTPu.HTM\">Pound the Pavement 5K<\/a> was won by 26 year-old Mark Rook in 15:24 (4:57) with the top 4 finishing within 9 seconds of him.&nbsp; Sean Hudson and Brock Hagerman ran 15:27 with 1 hundredth of a second separating them, while Cole Hardacre came in 4th in 15:33.&nbsp; Other local high school names jump out such as a Chris Jones of Highland running&nbsp;a 17:02 and Mason Webb a 17:40.&nbsp; Gary Romesser was there and got 8th overall in 17:29.&nbsp; Gwen Kemple won the women&#8217;s division in 18:38 (5:59).
