{"id":2601,"date":"2011-03-21T12:54:08","date_gmt":"2011-03-21T17:54:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/?p=2601"},"modified":"2011-03-21T12:54:08","modified_gmt":"2011-03-21T17:54:08","slug":"weekly-report-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2011\/weekly-report-9\/","title":{"rendered":"Weekly Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span style=\"color: #404040;\">Hey\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymile.com\/people\/crossn81?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=scheduled_weekly_report\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #0099cc;\">Nick<\/span><\/a>, you logged 0 workouts last week.<\/span><\/h1>\n<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"515\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"left\"><span style=\"color: #666666; font-family: arial; font-size: small;\">Your friends miss your training &#8211; update your miles on dailymile!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Sad, but true. \u00a0Sunday night I went to bed with a slight fever and an all body ache and woke up Monday morning feeling the same way. \u00a0I stayed home from work on Monday. \u00a0I felt a little better and went in on Tuesday, but by Wednesday I wasn&#8217;t feeling much better and ended up only working a half day. \u00a0I managed to work the rest of the week with slight\u00a0improvements. \u00a0I&#8217;d hoped to run the MDRA Lake Johanna 4 miler on Saturday and spectate at the Human Race on Sunday, \u00a0but opted out of both since I was still feeling sub-par. \u00a0I have a lot of congestion and a nice milky thick snot that like to come out of my nose and congestion related headaches. \u00a0My lungs and throat feel pretty good. \u00a0Overall I still feel a little weak and not near 100%. \u00a0I was hoping for some amazing training during Spring Break but it appears that I&#8217;ll be nursing myself to health. \u00a0Ugh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey\u00a0Nick, you logged 0 workouts last week.
