I was glad to finally get rid of my sinus congestion and be able to go for a run on Saturday. It wasn&#8217;t super long or super fast, but it felt great to put on my slippers, I mean <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2010\/a-first-run-kinvara\/\">Kinvara&#8217;s <\/a>and go for a run.  Not super cold and not really slippery it was a nice winter run.  My lungs\/heart didn&#8217;t act up.
