I figured the River Road trails would be clearer than anything else.\u00a0 I was pretty wrong.\u00a0 They were a mess.\u00a0 A friend aptly described them as like running on sand.\u00a0 It was about 28 degrees with frizzle (freezing drizzle).\u00a0 I finished in under an hour and was glad to be done.\u00a0 My foot hurt quite a bit afterwards due to the weird footing\/terrain.<\/p>\n<p>In general though it feels like the iontopherisis is working!\u00a0 So that is a very good sign.\u00a0 It is a slow gradual process and I&#8217;m feeling slow gains on overall pain.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve already had 5 treatments and you stop seeing benefits after 8.\u00a0 I feel like my hips and ankles are getting stronger (two major areas of weakness that can impact plantar fascitis).<\/p>\n<p>I started co-teaching a leadership class for 6th graders this week and it is going pretty well.\u00a0 One of the students said, &#8220;this hour seems to go by so fast!&#8221;\u00a0 I&#8217;ll take it.\u00a0 We are currently getting more snow so I may have to run indoors, yuck.
