As part of my fundraising for World Vision last year I shared a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2008\/ghana-a-shining-star\/\">slide show<\/a> that I would use to tell people about my trip to Ghana.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2008\/foto-friday-33\/\">Foto Friday<\/a> was the walking man symbol painted around the city.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Last Year&#8217;s Mileage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Run: 33.3 Miles<\/p>\n<p><strong>This Year&#8217;s Training<\/strong><br \/>\nHere is something different for this week.
