{"id":1444,"date":"2009-06-29T07:30:17","date_gmt":"2009-06-29T12:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/?p=1444"},"modified":"2009-06-29T07:30:17","modified_gmt":"2009-06-29T12:30:17","slug":"tcm-training-week-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2009\/tcm-training-week-4\/","title":{"rendered":"TCM Training Week 4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hopefully the last week of zero miles.<\/p>\n<p>Two years ago I ran the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2007\/race-day-buzzards-roost-10k\/\">Buzzards Roost 10k<\/a>, which is an evening race and usually pretty hot.\u00a0 One of my all-time favorite places to run, even to this day, is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2007\/favorite-runs\/\">Mounds State Park<\/a> in Anderson, IN.\u00a0 Last year I was tagged in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2008\/ive-been-tagged\/\">meme<\/a>. I don&#8217;t usually participate in them, but it was a good chance to talk about some of my past running experiences.\u00a0 Last year I dedicated my first marathon to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2008\/team-cross-meets-team-world-vision\/\">Team World Vision<\/a> and helping raise money to end poverty around the world.\u00a0 How do medical professionals recover after a run? In honor of the Olympic Trials last year I posted a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2008\/foto-friday-olympic-trials-edition\/\">Foto Friday<\/a> with my 1996 Olympic Trials number.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Last Year&#8217;s Mileage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Run: 29.5 Miles<br \/>\nBike: 58.0 Miles<br \/>\nSwim: 350 Yards<\/p>\n<p>I kind of slacked off this week.\u00a0 I only swam and lifted once on Monday for 500 yards.\u00a0 I did increase the number of reps in my lifting from 10 to 12 for each set of 3.\u00a0 But then I wasn&#8217;t motivated enough to go back again!\u00a0 And I drove my car to work a few days&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Weekly Mileage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bike: 21.3 Miles<br \/>\nSwim: 500 Yards<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hopefully the last week of zero miles.
