{"id":136,"date":"2007-12-11T06:24:00","date_gmt":"2007-12-11T14:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/?p=136"},"modified":"2013-03-10T13:08:19","modified_gmt":"2013-03-10T18:08:19","slug":"12-days-of-christmas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/2007\/12-days-of-christmas\/","title":{"rendered":"12 Days of Christmas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well by the time you are reading this the <a href=\"http:\/\/12daysoffitness.com\/\">12 Days of Fitness<\/a> will have already begun.\u00a0 It is scary how\u00a0quickly\u00a0Christmas is approaching but don&#8217;t worry there are more than 12 shopping days left!! <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.teamcrossworld.com\/running\/images\/Christ1.gif?resize=74%2C78&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"74\" height=\"78\" align=\"right\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I signed up for the 12 Days of Fitness to receive daily e-mail &#8220;gifts&#8221; which is described as<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Sharing the the knowledge, skills and abilities of over 250 of the world&#8217;s leading health and fitness experts each and every day for a full 12 days starting on December 10th and ending with a final bumper sack full of health and fitness presents, enough to fill Santa&#8217;s sack 10 times over&#8230; and then some!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The free gifts are actually\u00a0a bunch of promotional materials without lots of helpful content.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>And what&#8217;s really great is that we have them in all kinds of formats from printable PDF to downloadable audios to follow-along-at-home streaming videos that&#8217;ll walk you step-by-step through specific exercise routines and stretching.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I like free content!! Unfortunately there is a small &#8220;cost&#8221; involved.\u00a0 All of the ones I looked at required you to give your name and e-mail address.<\/p>\n<p>There is a lot of good topics and what could be\u00a0good content.\u00a0 You can visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.12daysoffitness.com\/day1.html\">Day 1<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.12daysoffitness.com\/day2.html\">Day 2<\/a>, but I&#8217;m not going to post any more\u00a0links.\u00a0 If I\u00a0find some really good content I&#8217;ll be sure to let you know!<\/p>\n<p>HT <a href=\"http:\/\/news.runtowin.com\/2007\/12\/09\/the-12-days-of-fitness.html\">Run to Win<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yesterday&#8217;s Workout<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I started the workout with 15 minutes on the rowing machine.\u00a0 White River Club only has one machine and the computer\u00a0is broken so I&#8217;m not really sure of any stats.\u00a0 This felt better than last time, but I still feel the burn in my back and shoulders! After that I stair climbed for 10 minutes, the program shut down before I got my stats off, but I was a climbing machine!!
