Today was Wacky Day at work. This was the last day with students before spring break. I didn't have a lot of "wacky" stuff, so I wore a funny looking Buzzard's Roost Orange shirt over a yellow hoodie. I borrowed a pair of sunglasses from a co-worker. During lunch I borrowed a student's darth vader helmet for awhile. Some of the kids were pretty wacky.
It was strange to wear a hat at work today, but it was hat day. I almost yelled at several kids for wearing hats and then remembered, it was hat day!
We had our first picnic of the year at Cedar Lake. It was 60 degrees but the setting sun and the wind off the ice covered lake made it a little chilly. But we still had fun!
I’m pretty sure this house still had Christmas and other holiday decorations up. They were at least deflated!
We took out our bikes for a little spring adventure on a sunny Sunday and rode around the river downtown. Good times! It actually smelled really bad here and felt and sounded like the ocean!
