Spent a good hour or so today in the doctors office for my Plantar Facitiis. Hopefully some new solutions will get it fixed up!

Bored sitting in traffic on my 10 minute commute home.

This was taken on my way to work today.  It was 3 above with a Real Feel of -6 at the time I took this picture.  There are many who bike commute all winter long.  Brrr.

On Monday nights my wife and I coordinate an ESL site. Pictured are some of our students and tutors.  

I took this while snow shoeing around Pike Island at Fort Snelling State Park.  It was my first trip with my new snow shoes. This picture was taken from the middle of the Minnesota River.
