There are some hardcore winter cyclists out there. I am not one of them.  This dude was out there in about 4 inches of snow and single digit windchills. Minneapolis is a biking community!

We finally made it out to the Art Shanty Project for their final day on Medicine Lake.  Today also happened to be Super Bowl Sunday. Art Shanties are basically ice fishing shanties, that are pieces and works of art.  For instance, the one had chalkboard like material everywhere and they encouraged you to write on it, thus the "Go Colts!" by my wife and I.

The second picture is the Staycation Shanty.  Inside they had 3 scenes and props for those countries, they took your picture and will post it online (we didn't get our pictures taken).

The annual City of Lakes Loppet has interesting fun for everyone.  We saw the Skijoring, Penn – Ice Cycle Loppet, and the Minne-loppet. Pictures are in order (hopefully). It is a fun way to spend a winter day!

I’m just over half-way through my 8 Iontophoresis treatments for my Plantar Fasciitis.  Basically I’m jucing up on steroids… in my heel!
