Yesterday’s Run

This is a new segment I’m going to start including where I talk briefly about yesterday’s workout.

I did an easy 5 miles at Mounds, charging up the major hills to loosen up my legs. It was in the upper 30’s and I felt great. I love the residual effect after tapering and running a major race. I ran my fastest time there this summer in 37:26.
