Our 6th CSA from Harmony Valley Farms (blog) included:

  • Red leaf lettuce,
  • Kohlrabi,
  • Spinach,
  • French Breakfast Radish,
  • Purple Scallions,
  • Garlic Scapes,
  • Yukina Savoy,
  • Asparagus,
  • Rhubarb,
  • Saute Mix, and
  • fresh Basil

What in the world are we supposed to do with all of these? Part of the problem is that I’ve never heard of some of these things and they don’t come labeled. What is Yukina Savoy? I mean wikipedia doesn’t even know what it is.  Luckily, some people do.
