		<description>Yukina Savoy is an Asian leafy green similar to tatsoi.  &#039;Savoy&#039; usually refers to a curly-leafed variety, as opposed to a flat-leafed variety (e.g. savoy spinach vs. flat-leaf spinach).  I&#039;ve never actually eaten yukina savoy, but I imagine you braize it like you would the saute mix or mix it in small quantities to spice up a lettuce salad.  Enjoy all that good Harmony Valley produce!</description>
